Drivers Instruction

LOGIN

  • Approach “GODUGO” staff for registering your vehicle.
  • Use that User Name and Password for login.
  • In case if you forgot password then you will receive reset OTP in your mobile or email.

Profile

  • Set your language.
  • Set your home address, so that ‘end route trip’ you can get.
  • Set your saved contacts, so that in case of any emergency it will be useful.

Wallet

  • First time top up your wallet to minimum Rs.510/-. If the wallet is less than Rs.500 then the app will not work.
  • While Wallet top up and withdrawals, the banking charges are applicable to you.
  • Any time you can withdraw wallet amount to your bank. Minimum balance Rs.500 to be maintained.

Duty

  • Whenever you wish to go for duty, select the duty button and select your types of service like ‘Trips’ or ‘Rental’ or ‘Outstation’ or combination of anything.
  • Whenever you want to take rest, switch off from duty. Otherwise system will automatically assign duty to you.
  • While ‘On Duty’ incase if you get direct order / if you get order from some other apps then first switch off the duty in our app and then accept other orders.
  • Please note once you switch ON your duty, automatically you are assigned the trip. If you are not responding or moving on other direction, then that trip will be cancelled automatically and a fine of Rs.50 will be deducted from you and added to that Passenger.

Feed back

  • At the end of the trip give the star rating and feed back of that passenger.

Complaint raising

  • Go to Trips, select that trip and raise the complaint
  • In Tickets button, you can see the status of your complaint
  • Our Quality Management Team will address all the complaints raised and will give their best solutions.
  • Never put your complaints in common platforms. You may loose your credibility.
  • In case if you find passenger with suspicious materials, or suspicious passenger then report to the nearest Police Station.

Advantage

  • Whenever you want extra business, then “Switch ON” our app for duty.
  • You can choose your types of trips (Trip / Rental / Outstation) or any combination.
  • Where ever you are, your meter starts from there.

  • You can get Cash or UPI payment directly from the passenger.
  • You can get payment from wallet and you can redeem your wallet any time.

  • You can see the demands on your map
  • Our special SOS button will intimate your emergency to all the Passengers and Drivers within one KM radius. You will get immediate help from them.
  • If you are going out of track you will get alert.

Never Do

  • Do not ask any question to the Passenger like Where to go? Why to go? What is the fare? etc., etc., You are been paid for everything.
  • Do not ask Passenger, how he is going to pay? Whatever the mode, you will receive your fare immediately.
  • Do not quarrel with any Passenger for anything. Just raise the complaint as stated above. Company will take care further.
  • Do not discuss any matters like Politics, Religion, Cast, current news etc., etc., Just do your duty.
  • Do not ask Tips or extra charges.
  • Do not “Switch Off ” Air conditioning when the Passenger is inside the vehicle.
  • Do not fill fuel when the Trip is ON. Switch Off from duty, fill the fuel and then Switch ON.

Always Do

  • When you see Passenger say “Good Morning” “Good Evening” etc.,
  • When trip completed say “Thank you sir” “Thank you Madam” etc.,
  • If the Passenger has forgotten / left some items in your vehicle, then preserve and give it back to him as soon as possible.
  • Be very kind to the Passenger.
